Digital Business Consulting

You have an idea. Now what?

For founders, creators, and service providers turning an idea into a clear offer, a real plan, and confident next steps. Whether it's a course, a digital product, or an offer that just needs structure.

Clarity before content. Always.

Who this is for

Tick the ones that sting.

Be honest. Nobody's watching but you.

You've ticked 0 of 10. Tick what's true and I'll tell you what it means.

You don't have a content problem, a branding problem, or a motivation problem.
You have an
"I never decided what this actually is"
problem.

That's a good problem. It's the fastest one to fix.

The arc

Idea to income, in order.

Most people try to launch from step one — that's why it stalls. Here's the order, and what actually happens in the room at each step. No slide decks. No homework you'll never do.

Blueprint Session

Idea

You have a thought, not a business yet. We decide what this actually is before you build anything.

In the room: no pitching. We name what's working, what's stalled, and what you've been quietly avoiding.

Offer Clarity Intensive

Offer

Make it something a stranger understands and wants. If they need it explained twice, it isn't ready.

In the room: we get your offer into one sentence a stranger understands. If we can't, that's the whole problem — and now we know.

Course / Product Planning

Plan

Structure the thing you're actually building, so you stop rewriting it every other week.

In the room: what to build first, what to ignore for now, and what has to be true before you launch anything.

Launch Pathway Plan

Launch

Put it in front of people on purpose, with a sequence instead of a hopeful post.

You leave with: it written down — a clear offer, a sequence, and your next three moves. Decisions, not vibes.

FAQ

The questions people ask before we start.

No. Coaching asks you what you think. Consulting tells you what I'd do. You bring the business; I bring recommendations — what to sell, how to package it, what to charge, and what order to do things in. You leave with decisions made and a written plan you could hand to anyone, not a worksheet and encouragement.
Match it to your sentence. "I have an idea, now what?" → the Blueprint Session. "People don't get what I sell" → the Offer Clarity Intensive. "I want to build a course or product" → Course / Product Planning. "I have the product, I need to launch" → the Launch Pathway Plan. When in doubt, start with the Blueprint — it's the smallest investment and everything else builds on it. Still unsure? Say so on the inquiry form and I'll recommend the one that fits, even if it's the cheapest one.
Because scope varies. What moves you up the range: multiple offers instead of one, a business that doesn't exist yet versus one that's running, and how much research your market needs. What keeps you at the bottom: one clear question, one offer, and materials that already exist. Either way, you get an exact quote — and which end of the range you're on — before you pay anything.
Decisions, in writing. Every engagement ends with a written plan — your offer, your pricing, your next three moves, in plain English — delivered as a document you keep, not scribbles in your notes app. If we work together on a bigger engagement, deliverables arrive organized in your own Client Vault.
I read it — actually read it — and reply with the engagement I'd recommend, an exact quote, and anything I think you should know before spending money. If it's a fit, you get an invoice, we schedule your working session over video, and the written plan follows. If consulting isn't what you need yet, I'll say that instead and point you at the right starting place.
Come as you are — the messy version is the useful version. Helpful if you have them: links to anything that exists (site, socials, a doc of notes), rough numbers if pricing is on the table, and the one question that keeps circling your head at night. Don't build a deck. Untangling it is literally what you're paying for.
Both, if you want. I also do brand direction, websites, and AI systems — and strategy-then-build is the natural order. Mention it on your inquiry, or use the Custom Project Builder to tick the pieces you need and get it quoted as one project.
Yes. Consulting retainers start at $1,000/month, and here's what that actually buys: a working session every month (the same format as the Blueprint), a written priorities plan refreshed after each one — your next three moves, never stale, async access between sessions so you can send the "wait, should I…?" question instead of deciding alone, ship-it reviews — the page, the offer, the price change crosses my desk before it goes live, and a quarterly step-back where we look at what worked and reset the plan. Plus front-of-line priority when you need something built. What it isn't: done-for-you execution — builds are quoted separately, and $1,000 is the strategy-only tier. The real product is a strategist who already knows your plan, so you never re-explain your business and never make the big calls alone. Most people start with one session first, and that's the right order: prove the fit, then commit.
Then I'll tell you kindly and early, before you spend money building it. That's worth the session by itself. Usually the idea is fine and the packaging is the problem — but if the math genuinely doesn't work, you'll hear it from me first, along with what I'd do instead.
Ready when you are

Let's decide what this actually is.

Tell me about your idea and where you're stuck. I'll recommend the right engagement and send a clear quote, no pressure, no jargon.
